The service

Tawreedo connects online stores with the suppliers that fulfil their orders and with the 3PL companies that store, pack and deliver them. It passes orders, stock and statuses between them, and keeps their records and statements.

Tawreedo is not a party to the sale between a store and its supplier, nor to a delivery between a store and its 3PL. It does not hold, collect or transfer money between them: its statements say what a store owes, and the two settle directly.

Who agrees to what

Stores use Tawreedo through their matgrk subscription, under matgrk’s terms and these. Suppliers and 3PL companies also accept Tawreedo’s provider terms in the portal before they work with any store.

Accounts

Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password and your two-factor device to yourself. An account’s owner is responsible for what its members do, and can change their roles or remove them at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tawreedo for anything unlawful, to offer products that may not be sold, to reach data that is not yours, to send automated requests other than through the means we offer, or to test, overload or break its security.

Fees

The waiting list and provider accounts are free. Stores pay for Tawreedo through matgrk. Tawreedo takes no payment on tawreedo.com or in the portal.

Your content

You keep your rights in the product information, images and other material you add. You allow us to store, process and show it to the stores and providers you are connected to, to run the service, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

Availability

We work to keep Tawreedo available and safe, but we offer it as it is and cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if a change removes something you rely on, we tell you beforehand where we can.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Tawreedo is not responsible for indirect losses, nor for what stores, suppliers, 3PL companies or carriers do, or fail to do, towards each other. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension and closing

You may stop using Tawreedo at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts shoppers, stores or the service at risk, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes

We publish changes to these terms on this page with a new date. A change to the provider terms is shown in the portal and accepted before you continue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts decide any dispute.
